1)用輕鬆的心情走路;
2)行進時保持一定的步伐;
3)將行山物件平均地放在背囊內(上輕下重);

do more execrise and train up your physical strenght

yeah!
that's right,training is important in all kind of sport but remember don't overdo!(or your knee would get hurt and cannot doing any training anymore)!
for example,I will run the Macau and standard charerted bank marathon,Phonix walker ,trailwalker and 2 greenpower(1 is from the peak and the another 1 is from Tai Long Wan)everyday I run 20KMs for them.
I like to run in hot temperture(under sunshine),so I can tolerate of all weather.
However,if you want to keep powerful from long distance running(like mountain marathon or marathon)you might take some glucose tablets (Made with pure glucose)with you.and eat this for uncontiniously to keeping you always powerful!

Additional comment:
1. Don't bend your back too much.
2. Keep your pace even. (don't sometimes walk while sometimes run)
3. Step on flat surface during uphill and downhill. (it will cause stress if you always step on inclined surface.)

Oxfam produced a Physiotherapist VCD for Trailwalker, teach about training stamina and streching, very good for long walking, cost $20 only.

Glucose tablet/powder can be buy in most outdoor activity shops in Mongkok, or you may try food bar,they are rich in protein andcarbonhydronate, but taste poor.

Why don't just take some sweet? Sweet contain a lot of
glucose already. It is unnecessary to pay more to buy
the so called "glucose tablet"

我每次都會帶雪梨, 又潤,又甜,有水份, 其次就係朱古力 (PINIC) 可飽肚. (尼兩樣都令人有力D)

Some people will feel tired easily after doing exercise (because they seldom do exercise + they are not fit).

However, feeling tired easily can also imply some kind of diseases. You'd better to see a doctor for examination + having some blood tests (such as complete blood count, liver and renal function tests, glucose level and thyroid function test) to make sure that your body is normal.
