我的左腳蹬內側扭傷?

各位您好:

事因是上年秋天我在飛鵝山練習跑步,回程時發覺腳蹬內側少痛,翌日起床感覺患處劇痛,當晚睡前我用鐵打酒柔念患處,同時停止任何運動.維持約一個月都冇改善,之後我明白使用了錯誤的方法,後來在睡前改用冰敷,維持約一個月多,患處痛楚有明顯的改善,至今過去了十個月,患處關節自然,但久不久仍出現微/少痛,未能完全康復. 現在的我食得,睡得..淨係唔敢去跑步.請問:
(1)關節扭傷是否需要那麼長的時間康復?還是因為急救時方法錯誤帶來的後為症呢?(2)是否為持冰敷這個作法?(3)另外參巧中醫理論是:當呈況穩定下來,便可以改用熱敷及用鐵打酒柔念患處,用意是提高康復的速度.....這是否正確?有否需要補充的地方呢?希望各位給我意見!

自己用鐵打酒期間不可濕水(連沖涼都不可),冰敷是不對的(呀媽教)。況且你用冰的目的是想止痛(無了痛的感覺,但不代表唔痛就無事)。我由細到大整親最有效方法都係睇鐵打佬,還有一定不可濕水,沖涼都不可。否則,後果要到你七老八十才知味道。記得我對上一次整親,見鐵打佬後敷了兩星期藥,做了兩星期殘疾人仕,之後約一個月後,就無事了,但最辛苦不是跛腳行路,而是沖涼,為了不弄濕患處,要好似耍雜技般的姿態。講得太多了,(1)關節扭傷是否需要那麼長的時間康復?我的答案是約1-12個月(2)是否為持冰敷這個作法?我的答案是不可?(3)另外參巧中醫理論是:當呈況穩定下來,便可以改用熱敷及用鐵打酒柔念患處,用意是提高康復的速度.....這是否正確?我覺得不正確,去見鐵打佬打吧,診金又唔係好貴,得了後患就這樣一世人了。

A person may take weeks (or even months) for his soft tissue injury to heal. Injury at the sole of the foot is especially problematic. Unless you don't stand/ walk, your body will give weight to the injured site (hence affect the healing).

1) After injury, you should take rest (How long should it take depends on the severity of the injury). Take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug to decrease the inflammation and relieve the pain if needed. Ice pad may also decrease the inflammation and relieve the pain.

2) Ice pad is useful for the first few days after injury, when you have acute inflammation over the injured site.

3) Promotion of healing is important at later stage. Besides hot pad, ultrasound therapy can also help to promote healing.

A tailor-made (or properly fit) foot pad can spread out the pressure acted against the injured site, and hence prevent further damage.

我還是信中醫(鐵打佬)多,包括睇舊患。當然,西醫有西醫的醫法。選擇你自己認為適合的,祝你早日康復!

首先多謝兩位的詳細回覆!
回想當初出現問題時,應該先由醫生評估身體的狀況,聽取意見後,再自行護理,現在病呈雖不太嚴重,但已經超越我控制範圍,所以我會盡快找醫生吧.
