行山時或後山後. 腳底很容易長出水泡來. 有什麼好辦法??
New hikers always get blisters after hiking for a prolonged period. You can refer to the section on "Foot Blisters and Callosity 腳上的水泡和起枕" for management.
As long as you keep on hiking regularly, your skin on the sole of the foot will get thickened (forming callosity). Afterwards, the thickened skin will act as a protective layer and you won't get blisters so easily.
A new hiker should wear a properly-fit hiking shoe (but not too tight), a thick sock and keep the feet dry during the journey in order to avoid blister formation.
