自兩個月前開始, 跑步後腳掌中間位置出現劇痛, 尤其腳掌內側arc位. 跑山或跑運動場紅地後更痛, 要按摩休息十幾分鐘才可繼續行路, 但行山卻全無問題.
近個多月來已經無行山及跑步, 盡量俾對腳休息, 但前排跑定向後又再次出現劇痛, 請問點解會咁? 無方法可以斷尾? 針炙同腳底按摩可以嗎?
另外, 每次急步走時小腿前面的中間位置, 即"上五寸下五寸"位都好痛, 感覺上似骨痛而唔係肌肉痛, 又係點解呢? 以前該處亦從未有過傷患..
You should see an orthopedic doctor (who specializes in bone and muscle system) for proper examination. Maybe you hurt your feet previously, or there are some structural abnormalities over your lower legs and feet. An orthopedic doctor can tell you about this. To solve the problem: besides rest, you probably need footwear support and some physiotherapy treatment. X ray may be needed.
腳底按摩 may make the situation worse (especially if inappropriate force was applied).
The main objective should be to find out the cause and treat it. Acupuncture may be good at relieving pain, however, a proper assessment by an orthopedic doctor is most important.
