If you have pain, try a hot water shower.

A few of my pals used to soak their legs in warm water with sea salt. As for me, having only short breaks with no long breaks work very well. If you're having long breaks of more than 30 mins, you may try to break it up into several short breaks of ~5 mins per break. See if that works better.
