Dear大夫:

我朋友有背痛既問題, 係因一次跌親尾龍骨導致

佢已睇了好多次骨科醫生, 但腰背仍痛, 連睡覺都痛

行路會有扯住扯住既感覺(背部)

我朋友應點做?

It is a difficult case.
Some patients with lumbo-sacral spine injury may have prolonged pain despite the injury happened many months ago.

I suppose he has no active orthopedic problem as he has been followed up by the orthopedic surgeon. I guess he should be given regular pain killer by the doctor.

He may benefit from a course of physiotherapy treatment.
