肌肉酸痛

本人練習毅行者時, 左小腿左前方(在膝蓋下面)的肌肉感到非常酸痛, 初時只是落樓梯時感到好痛, 到後期連上樓梯也感到痛(不過都是落樓梯最痛), 要靠左手拿左行山杖落山.

本人初時都以為只是抽筋, 但回家後發現該處肌肉表面出現瘀血(但我並冇撞傷), 現在隔了二十四小時仍然在上落樓梯時感到痛楚, 不知道是肌肉過勞還是拉傷肌肉. 現在只是用摩擦膏和鎮痛貼減輕痛楚, 請問doctor 我現在可以用什麼方法舒緩? 我該晚練習時突然起, 好凍, 但只係著短褲, 之後就覺得痛, 與此有冇關係? thanks doctor!

出現瘀血 spontaneously means that you have injured certain soft tissue (it can be tendon or ligament).

You should stop heavy exercise like hiking, take rest and see an orthopedic doctor for proper examination. In some situations, the doctor will order Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to assess the injured site.

The injury can be mild or severe. If you neglect it at the present moment, it may become worsened somedays later.
