兩個月前我行山(around 10 hrs)後,過兩日我的腳指甲魚曬(雙腳的腳指公的指甲都係),一片黑齊,遲遲未退,非常樣衰,不知怎麼辦?????教教我啦,thank you .....

No need to do anything because nothing you can do.

You have to wait for around 9 months, then your 腳指甲 will be fully replaced by new 腳指甲. Then good looking again.

Sometimes, the bruise can only disappear 12 months later. There is no way to remove the bruise beneath the toe nail.

From 3-12 months after the initial injury, a portion or all of the nail may fall off. Try to keep the nail in place as long as possible. Keep the nail clean and dry. Avoid wearing a Band-Aid for prolonged periods. A Band-Aid will trap moisture in and around the nail and promote fungal infections.

If possible, keep the damaged nail in place. Keeping the old, damaged nail in place can guide the new nail into position. The nail can be held in place by a thin 1/4 inch strip of tape or a Band-Aid split longitudinally into three strips, using just one strip at a time.

Doctor, 我就係因為咁後來真係整到fungal infections, 佢而家變厚左, 市面有冇藥可以採返好佢架?

If there is fungal infection of the nail, you should see a doctor for treatment. Topical anti-fungal cream cannot cure the infection of a nail. Oral drugs like terbinafine can help (This drug can have side effects; it must be prescribed by a doctor).
