You probably hurt some soft tissue at your right knee. If your pain is persistent / occurs on and off, it is better for you to see an orthopedic doctor. You may need an MRI (stands for magnetic resonance imaging) of the right knee. Sometimes, ligament or the meniscus contained inside the knee may be damaged. If so, you may need an arthroscopy to assess +/- correct the problem.
