Your condition is abnormal.
Serious hiking may lead to pain over the calf of the leg. It may also lead to some "swollen" feeling. However, bleeding/bruise under the skin is definitely abnormal (unless your leg is hit by some objects). You'd better see a doctor to check whether you had any problem of the veins of your legs, your platelet count , and any defect in the clotting factor (INR, PT, APTT).

行山行得好激的時候, 成隻腿都會腫脹, 腿部血管有時重會痛到爆開形成瘀痕, 係咪心血管有問題???

Hiking will not lead to edema of the leg. However, hiking exercise may increase the bulk of your lower leg muscle. If you think that you had edema of the lower leg, you'd better to see a doctor for examination (checking the heart, kidney and liver; blood tests examination may be needed).
