For taking the bus, if your belonging is of height less than 6 feet, which is the height of the lower deck, and you can get on the bus with it thru the front door w/o any difficulty, the driver would not blame you, provided it does not obstruct other passengers.
As far as I know, the LTR train has luggage limit for the passenger, which is 1 cubic m or so. So I believe there is also such restriction for the KCR train passengers. I have heard that bike should be transported separately as cargo in another train compartment.
As for the MTR, I think it's the same. The major premise is that your luggage would give much inconvenience to the others, even bringing possible harm to them.
I believe there would not be any trouble if your bike is of the type of foldable.

When you go along 稔灣路 from 流浮山 to Tuen Mun, you will be blocked after passing through 下白泥 by the 稔灣 landfill site. Going into the landfill site is prohibited and would be prosecuted. There are a closed gate at 下白泥's side and a guardsbooth with Nepalese guards inside at 龍鼓灘's side after passing the 媒灰湖, preventing unauthorized personnel to enter.

There are 2 dams there. The main dam is the popular biking venue. However, at the end of the main dam, visitors are not allowed to proceed any farther WITH THEIR BIKE to the another small dam which is regarded to be the spilway. Anyway, it is a good hiking trail.
