聽說大腿二頭肌比較强,對膝蓋無咁傷, 請問如何鍛鍊二頭肌(最好不需用啞鈴).

順便問一下如何令"拜拜肉"變番結實

股(大腿)二頭肌太緊會令步姿和站姿產生問題,令膝蓋更傷。特別要注意久坐造成僵硬二頭肌,結實不一定好。另外,不能太著重鍛鍊某一位置的肌肉,因為身體需要有平衡的肌肉發展才能保持健康。否則,容易造成受傷和痛症。我提議你不如去做gym。

想和拜拜肉講拜拜,做掌上壓啦!
每日三組(連續),每組三十次(因人而異).

落山時脚微曲,着力於大腿肌肉可以減輕對膝蓋的損傷.
雙脚放在雙膊垂直對下位置,蹲下至小腿和大腿之閒成45度位置.再向上升起至小腿和大腿之閒成90度位置為之一次.
同讓每日三組(連續),每組三十次(因人而異)

每三組前後都應先熱身後拉筋,做時動作要慢.
只要有恆心和進食高蛋白質,你都可以變成筋肉人,
