Due to high UV at high ground, we use UV(0) filter and/or PL-CIR filter to filter out unwanted light rays. It would be wise to use smaller F stop (bigger F stop number). Don;t press the shutter before you have understood what you are filming. Think before action for those still subjects.

I like your photo, very nice ! I wish I could visit Tibet like you did.
PL-CIR makes a great difference to the photo, during my hiking up to 4000m, my PL-CIR had fallen apart, the metal ring holding the PL-CIR could not hold the lens due to low temp. I had to use UV(0) instead, the photo turns out less contrast and not as sharp as with PL-CIR.
Lucky I fixed my PL-CIR when I was at 3200m, warmer the metal ring expended. The rest of my Bolivia trip had my PL-CIR working :)
