Even when I'm not doing exercise, the air that I'm blowing out makes me feel very hot (and even suffocating) when I'm wearing mask. I can imagine how uncomfortable it is when I'm doing exercise and my breathing rate increases. (I'm just talking about the mask for operation, not to mention N95).
One of the aim for hiking is to breathe fresh air. It will be a great mercy if I need to wear mask, breathing nearly 'dead' air released from my body during hiking.

I don't wear mask when i am hiking. The country side is so a open area that should be safe from droplets.
I dont worry as much indeed.

郊外係空氣好, 但經過D人山人海的郊外地方(如燒烤場), 同市區行街冇乜分別, D人除晒口罩打乞次, 仲得人驚, 都係小心D好. 到離開左果區先除番咯.

i don't wear mask during hiking in the trail, but when back to city , or just ready for public transport, i do.
yesterday (1/5 holiday), i was in Wilson trail , from Wong Lai Chung to Stanley. but in stanley market, there are so many people that scarced me, and 80-90% actually didn't wear mask, the visitors are so much that one may almost touch with others'shoulder during walking in the Stanley "BiG" street .Initially we just wanted to have an open space to consume our Canned food, and drink after the walk at around the Stanley Plaza, but we finally decided to take bus back to Central , and have tea in IFC ( International Financial Centre).
