- 有地方玩mass game
- 唔好咁common, 盡量天然一點
- 唔好太harsh, 因為女仔同無exp嘅人較多

I think 長咀 is not that suitable for beginners. The trail up to Tai Wan is easy. After that, Tung Wan and 長咀 may have some difficulty for beginners.
For the campsite, since it faces south-east, it can be very windy in summer.
I would recommend the below campsites in Sai Kung:

大浪西灣 is not an offical camp site, you have a chance being arrest. However, a lot of people go there for camp.
May be you can go to 大灣(still not an offical camp site). The view is good also.

Does 大灣 have water supply and toilets ga??

There is no toilet in Tai Wan. The nearest toilet is in the adjacent Ham Tin Wan (also has shop selling food, drinks).
For water supply, there is one water tap in the middle part of Tai Wan. To look for the tap just follow the water pipeline along the grass behind the beach.
