行山很快的熱身運動……………深呼吸五鐘,體操十分鐘,掌上壓五十下,一字馬十五分鐘,蜈蚣彈二十下,慢跑十分鐘,休息八分鐘,一起步包你快到會飛。

通常行山起步時,先行ㄧ段平緩的路,然後再慢慢地登山,保持均速,可保長行長有,延年益壽,身體健康•
