沿路無樹蔭, 小心中暑, 起碼要带2升水,帽子, 全程約5小時, 上吊手岩有一段約20米的斜坡,要手腳並用才攀得上,或者等秋涼先好去

This is 1 of my favorite routes bcos u got everything u want, small wood, light climbing, steep sloope, muddy, rocky and sandy path...
But, CK "hing" is right. I'd not go at this weather. If it's rainny, most journey would be very slippy. If it's summy at least 2/3 of the journey would have no shelter.
If you don't mind, I could share some photos with u via email??

I think u r also an expert.
Very often I hike alone with my little dogs, and sometimes in small group of 2-4. I am a "Nothing busy" guy and difficult to make appointment with friends to hike and I have not hiked for almost 20 years. My old injuries are hurting me and I am now a very bad hiker in terms of speed and stamina.
也許somewhere someday we have met...
Ma On Shan series of routes are real interesting and I hiked there very often when I was young. Since the old mine was closed and the country park opened, it became much more convenient for hikers.
I sent u 2 emails and I think both were bounced back?
